Artist Biography For Midnight Minute

Midnight Minute Began As A Solo Project Of Mike Hillary In Peoria IL In Order To Get His Songs Available To Any And All Possible Listeners. It Started During Mike's Senior Year Of High School In 2007 When He Began Writing Songs And The Idea Came To Him To Start Recording These Songs And Showing Them To Friends. The Only Problem Was That Mike Did Not Have The Money To Buy Recording Equipment For Quite A While. So He Saved Up And Bought His Instruments When He Could Afford To Do So And After He Had All His Instruments The Mike Followed The Same Process With His Recording Equipment. He Has A Basic Set Of Everything Now And Uses A Drum Machine For His Percussive Sounds. The Songs Available On Last.Fm Were Created In Sibelius 5 Software And Exported To ProTools LE. Some Songs Were Recorded Using Only ProTools LE "Unforgettable" & "Plane Ticket To London" . The Violin Sound In These Demo Tracks Represents What The Vocal Parts Would Be In The Actual Recordings. Midnight Minute Has More Than 25 Songs Available In Their Repetoire And Is Planning To Release The "You're Not Here - EP" In August 2009. Midnight Minute Is Also Working On A Full Length Concept Album Telling The Story Of A Relationship From Beginning To End.
